Our Offerings
Prenatal Appointments
The prenatal period is opportunity for us to get to know each other, answer any questions, and go over your desires, what you want for your birth experience and create a birth plan. During the prenatal period we will meet several times throughout your pregnancy in the comfort of your home for a full one hour appointment so that we have plenty of time to get to know each other.
During this time we design a birth plan, touch base on the pregnancy, and review any questions and concerns you have. Also offering personalized private childbirth education classes.
Labor Support
When you go into labor I will be available for you throughout your labor and delivery and as your Doula, I will even meet you at your house if you desire to labor during the early phase at home. My goal is to provide support in whatever way is needed to help you implement your desired birth plan, offering suggestions for physical comfort measures and emotional support. After the birth I will stay with you for at least an hour to help with and lactation support if needed.
Postpartum Appointments
Several days after the birth, we will set up at least three home visits to review the birth, provide lactation support and answer any questions about the postpartum period, and questions about newborn care and feeding.
